A new twist on the Erie County Fair’s New Food Showdown. On Thursday, August 11th, and on Friday, August 12th at 11:00am, a panel of approximately 10 invited guests will judge the 2022 New Foods Showdown. The judging panel will be comprised of well-known members of the media as well as professional chefs and culinary educators. The “New Food Showdown” showcases our food concessionaire’s culinary delights. We can’t wait to see what innovative food items our vendors have created for our 182nd Fair! Judging will take place at each vendor location throughout the two-day period, with the judge's winner announced on Saturday, August 13th.
