How To Buy & Access Your Tickets
Tickets are only being sold online for gate admission and grandstand events.
You will need a valid email address and credit card to purchase tickets.
You will also have to create an account. If you have a Tickets.com account already, make sure you have the correct password.
An account is created so that you have access to your tickets at any point.

Buy Tickets

Once you have purchased your tickets, you can either print out your tickets or we can scan them from a mobile device at the gate.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BAR CODE SHOWING WHEN YOU GET TO THE GATE.
YOU CAN EITHER PRINT OUT YOUR TICKETS OR SHOW THEM ON A MOBILE DEVICE.

Step 1
Here is the listing of grandstand events and gate admission.
Step 2
Choose the event you wish to purchase tickets for or gate admission.
Step 3
If you are purchasing for a grandstand event, you will be shown the seat map for that event.
Stepp 4
When on the seat map, you are able to click on a section and choose your seat.
Step 5
Once you have your seats, click continue.
Step 6
You will have to either sign in to your Tickets.com account, or if you do not have one, you will need to click "sign up".
You will be prompted to put in your First Name, Last Name, Email and password. Your password must be between 8-15 characters, contain at least one uppercase latter, one lowercase letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive. Choose something you will remember!
Step 7
If you go to sign up and you receive this message, that means you already have an account with that email.
Step 8
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password. You will enter your email, and an email will be sent with a temporary password. You will copy and paste that temporary password and create a new password, one you will remember!

You will copy that temporary password.
Step 10
Then paste that temporary password and create a new password, one you will remember!
Step 11
THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT!
Tap on the arrow to the right of delivery method to choose either Print At Home or Mobile Delivery.

Then tap on Payment Method to enter in your credit card information. You do have the option to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Step 12
To complete your payment, enter in the CVV code.
Step 13
Check the terms and conditions box, then place order.
A summary of your order pops up.
Tap on "Go To Inventory" to see your tickets immediately.
Step 15
Your confirmation email comes from ordertracking@ecfair.org. You may need to check your spam folder. Do not delete this email as it gives you access to your tickets at any point.
Step 16
This is the screen that houses your ticket purchases. Tap on "View Tickets" to view that specific event or tap "View Ticket Inventory" to see all your tickets purchased.
Please note, if you tap the "Forward" button, you are forwarding your tickets to another person.
Tap on the area that says Section Row Seat to bring up your bar code.
Step 18
Make sure you have your bar code up and ready when you reach the gate.
