Our Concession Department appreciates your interest in joining the 2012 Erie County Fair lineup of Commercial Exhibitors, Food Concessions and Attractions! Our unique mixture of participants provides homegrown local flavor as well as all the traveling fair favorites. This long-standing focused approach for our patrons allows continual attendance growth excelling us as one of the Largest County Fairs in the Country. The 2011 fair was the most successful in recent memory with a record attendance of well over 1,000,000. This accomplishment energies our planning for 2012 as we work vigorously to keep that momentum going to enjoy another amazing outcome for all. To help begin the process of applying we have assembled all the pertinent information on this website. This would include the fair vendor or craft application, timelines, guidelines, various required forms, display and presentation illustrations, insurance information, and much more. Should you have questions that aren’t answered within the following pages, please feel free to contact the Concession Office at any time.
