Once again it is time to get ready and plan for yet another exceptional Fair season. We’re enthusiastic about maintaining the unparalleled successes of the last few years’. We continue to work hard to make The Erie County Fair the premier summer event of Western New York. The Concession Department has transformed the way we operate to continuously improve our ability to achieve the correct mix of vendors and food concessionaires. We have listened to our customers, and have used their feedback to help enhance our guests’ memorable stay which creates a timeless tradition of fun, food and excitement. Our goal is provide the best possible experience as we will continue to entice visitors with a variety of daily promotions and additional discounts, along with new entertainment and exciting attractions. This simple recipe dedicated to our guests’ enjoyment creates our theme for the 174th Erie County Fair.

To help begin the process of applying we have assembled all the pertinent information on this website. This would include the fair vendor or craft application, timelines, guidelines, various required forms, display and presentation illustrations, insurance information, and much more. Should you have questions that aren’t answered within the following pages, please feel free to contact the Concession Office at any time.
