Shelter Rentals

Host your company/organization picnic, family reunion, or kid's birthday party at the Fair!

Have your event under one of the many picnic shelters. Nestled away on the Fairgrounds, Hickory Tree Park is just steps from delicious food, exciting entertainment, livestock barns, rides, games, shopping, and so much more!

Shelters can be reserved on a first come first served basis.
The shelter rental fee as well as any tickets, Strates Shows fun cards and meal tickets MUST be paid for when picked up at the Fairgrounds Main Office prior to your rental date.

Available for pre-purchase only; unused tickets are not refundable. Admission tickets must be purchased in advance.
Kids 12 & under are FREE everyday of the Fair.

Food & Beverage
Option 1
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the picnic shelter, however, it is the Erie County Fair's policy that no glass, alcohol, or grills be brought in. Outside catering may not be brought onto the grounds. If you wish to have a catered meal, please contact one of the two Fair caterers.

Option 2
Purchase meal tickets ($10 each) to be used with any food vendor at the Erie County Fair.
Unused tickets are not refundable. Meal tickets must be purchased in advance.

Rides
Weekday Shelter Rentals (Monday-Friday) have the option to purchase Ride All Day wristbands for $30.
Weekend Shelter Rentals (Saturday & Sunday) have the option to purchase Fun Cards for $30 that have 65 credits loaded on them.
Unused ride wristbands/Fun Cards are not refundable. Must be purchased in advance.
