All ticket sales are final. No refunds. Please be sure you have selected the correct fair (we are in Hamburg, NY) and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase (children 12 and under are free and require no ticket). The ticket holder agrees to comply with all Erie County Fair policies and protocols including health, safety and security at the time of the Fair. The Erie County Fair is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, third party vendors or ticket aftermarket/re-sales.
