PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS
Ticket Terms of Use
Please be sure you select the correct event and location (we are in Hamburg, NY) and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. The code on each ticket serves as your admission to the event, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Please be aware that SaffireTix is our exclusive ticket sales vendor. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit. The Erie County Agricultural Society (ECAS) is not responsible for any losses resulting from counterfeit tickets, third party vendors or ticket aftermarket/re-sales. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all venue protocols, including health, safety and security. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You agree to release the Erie County Agricultural Society, as well as Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and claims in any way related to the purchase and use of your ticket. You grant the Erie County Agricultural Society, as well as Saffire and their respective affiliates, with an unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video.
By purchasing, accepting, or using this ticket and entering ECAS’ private property, the holder agrees to follow all posted rules, safety policies, and the ECAS Guest Code of Conduct. This ticket is revocable, and ECAS reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any person, or deny future admission (without a refund), for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, inappropriate, or disorderly conduct.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans

- Inclement weather
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the Erie County Fair, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Disputes or Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Erie County Agricultural Society directly regarding any questions or concerns about charges before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback for transactions processed by, or on behalf of, the Erie County Agricultural Society, including through its ticketing partners Saffire and SaffireTix, may result in the customer being prohibited from making future purchases. Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for requesting a refund in accordance with applicable refund policies.
Service Animals
Service animals ARE allowed, Emotional Support Animals (ESA), therapy dogs, and pets are NOT allowed on the Fairgrounds. This policy is for the safety of our guests and the animal.
Code of Conduct
The Erie County Agricultural Society (ECAS) is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment for all guests, participants, employees, vendors, volunteers, and partners. By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, and by entering ECAS' private property, guests agree to follow all posted rules, safety policies, the ECAS Guest Code of Conduct, and are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: disorderly, disruptive, threatening, abusive, obscene, unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior; fighting; running (other than in an emergency); throwing objects; blocking walkways, entrances, exits, exhibits, concessions, emergency routes, or access points; failure to follow instructions from ECAS staff, security, law enforcement, or public safety personnel; possession of prohibited items; unauthorized solicitation, vending, demonstrations, distribution of materials, or ticket resale; and any activity that interferes with the safety, rights, or enjoyment of others. Guests may not stand or congregate in any manner that impedes traffic flow or compromises guest safety, regardless of whether they do so for any expressive purpose, social gathering, or any other reason. Thus, individuals or groups that compromise guest safety or traffic will be directed to relocate or keep moving.
Tickets are revocable. ECAS reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any person from the property, revoke tickets, or deny future admission without refund, issue trespass notices, refer matters to law enforcement, or pursue civil or criminal remedies for violation of these rules or any conduct deemed by ECAS to be unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose and character of the event.
The safety and well-being of our patrons continue to be our highest priority. Should circumstances indicate the need to do so, ECAS reserves the right to review and revise its Youth Admission Policy whenever necessary to promote a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Any such revisions to our Policy will be communicated through ECAS’ official channels, including the website, social media, and our media partners.
ECAS reserves the right to modify this policy as operational conditions require.
