Purchase Policy

Ticket Terms of Use

All events are rain or shine. Please be sure you select the correct Fair (we are in Hamburg, NY) and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item described, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. For your protection, concert and motor event tickets will be emailed the day before the event. The purchase of tickets from a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. Management reserves the right to revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption without issuing a refund for non-compliance with these terms or for behavior deemed inappropriate. Unlawful sale or attempted resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all Erie County Fair policies and protocols including health, safety and security in place. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after the event. You agree to Release the Erie County Agricultural Society as well as Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.

Refunds & Cancellations

By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. The Erie County Fair recommends acquiring tickets only through ECFair.org and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms. The Erie County Agricultural Society is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, third party vendors or ticket aftermarket/re-sales.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:

  • Change in personal plans
  • Travel disruptions
  • Inclement weather
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the Erie County Fair, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
