In 2013 we look to continue to carry on a tradition of excellence which makes our Fair enjoyable, a family environment committed to total guest satisfaction. With that said, I look forward to the 2013 Erie County Fair.

We have established a tradition of providing a high quality imprint with our contracted vendors and we wish to carry on this tradition of excellence. In preparation for the 2013 fair we urge you to carefully review the available manuals through the links provided so that you are familiar with all the Erie County Fair rules, policies and procedures prior to signing your contract. Find the Indoor Participants' Manual is available here and the Outdoor Participants Manual is available here.  All essential credential forms are also available by using the links provided on the right side of this page.

NEW!  Please be aware that a manual has been prepared just for you. Included with your contract this year will be a new Acknowledgment Form, you can download here, noting that you have read and understand our rules and regulations in the Participant's Manual. A required signature on this form must be returned to be able to be contracted for leased space. You may access this sheet if needed by using the link. We recommend that you use this website as a resource for all information and planning necessities.

DID YOU KNOW?  The New York State Association of Agricultural Fairs (NYSAAF) has available a statewide pass that is good for ALL County Fairs in New York as well as the New York State Fair.  This pass admits ticket holder and one companion, plus parking (where available).  These passes are obtainable for a mere $100 each.  For anyone in the Fair business that plays multiple New York Fairs, this can be a considerable cost savings for your business.  Click here for more information.
