Guest Services

It is the goal of the management and staff of the Erie County Fair to make your visit to The Fairgrounds enjoyable, memorable, and or course SAFE! 

The Erie County Fair provides a diverse amount of services that will enable you to enjoy the Fair including hand washing stations, Tram services, ATMs, wheelchair/scooter/stroller rentals, and more... Please check back for more detailed information as the Fair gets closer.

If you are an individual with a disability and require special accommodations, please contact the main office at 649-3900 ext 404 with a minimum of 7 days notice.

Canadian Money Exchange
During the Erie County Fair, Canadian money will be exchanged at the Time Warner Cable Ticket Office located behind the Grandstand.  It will be open from 9am-8pm.

Car Problems while at the Fair?
Let ON THE GO TOWING assist you, located on-site for the run of the Fair.  If you run into a problem with your car while you are here at the Fair, ask a Gate Supervisor, Security Guard or call 716-649-3900 ext 234 and ask for assistance.  ON THE GO can help with a jump for your car, open your car if you have locked your keys inside, if you have a flat tire or even if you have run out of gas.

ATMs
For your convenience, 10 ATMs are placed throughout the grounds at the Fair including the lobbies of the Event Center, Outside the Carousel Room, just inside the side entrance to The Clubhouse, Kiddieland, Food Court, East Grandstand, Marketplace Building, All Gates, Midway, and Expo Hall.

Family Areas
Located in Stroller Square near Kiddieland, these areas were designed with the family in mind!  There is a comfortable diaper changing space and private nursing nook available for your convenience.   There is a Family Bathroom located at the top of the Avenue of Flags.

First Aid
There is a First Aid Station located behind the 4-H Youth Development Building just off of the Avenue of Flags towards Hickory Tree Park.  There are also a variety of security guards roaming around the grounds that can help out as well.

Hand Washing Stations
Proper hand washing is recommended after exiting all animal areas.  Numerous stations are readily available throughout the livestock, petting zoo and food areas.

Hearing/Visually Impaired Services
Hearing Impaired Interpretation Services- See Information Booths at the Fair. Braille menus will be available at the Information Booth near the Security Building. Courtesy of the NYS Blind Commission

Lost and Found
Located in Security (Police Headquarters) at the top of the Avenue of Flags.

Recycling - Be smart, do your part
Various bins have been placed throughout the grounds to place your recycleables in.

Security/Police Headquarters
At your service!  Located on the second level of the 4-H Youth Development Building. 

Ticket Office
During the Fair, there is a Ticket Office Located behind the grandstand.  This will be open daily during the Fair from 9am-8pm.  Concert and motorevent tickets for the Erie County Fair will be for sale here.  You can also exchange your Canadian currency.

Tram Service
Catch a leisurely ride around the Fair!  The WNY Shriners will help you take a load off and give you a narrated tour of the grounds between 11am and 7pm.  Tram stops are located at the Tops Family Entertainment Complex, Gates #1, #1A, and #6, The Indian Village, Ag-Speroemce and near the Showplace Building.  There will be a 25 cent donation that will benefit the WNY Shriners.  Please note:  Tram service may be interrupted due to heavy pedestrian traffic.

Wheelchair, Stroller & Motor Scooter Rentals
Electric carts are $50 full day/$35 after 6pm to rent, wheelchairs are $15, wagons are $13 and strollers are $9 to rent for the day, cash only. Rentals are available on a first-come first-serve basis at Gate #2 (enter off Quinby Drive), Gate #4 (enter at South Park) and Gate #5 (enter from Clark Street).
