We are excited to announce our 2023 Ultimate Fairgoer award. Corey Bruce is a freelance photographer who lives and breathes the fair and shows his love through spectacular images that he captures around the fairgrounds. As a Blue Ribbon Holder, he regularly enters his photography into creative competitions and you can find him at all 12 days of the fair, decked out in different fair outfits!

Corey's love for the fair was inspired by his dad, who used to attend the fair when it was 10 days long. He has admittedly been to the fair since he was a newborn and today, 28 years later, he can “one up” his father by saying he attends the fair for all 12 days – not 10!

If you run into him at the fair, and he isn’t holding his camera or riding the ferris wheel it’s because he is enjoying his favorite fair dish: the fried pickles!
