What is the entry fee and what does it include?
The entry fee for the creative competitions at the Erie County Fair is $25 for exhibitors ages 13 & up. One payment covers your entries into thousands of classes across the entire Fair. Upon entering a competition, and checking in your items at the Fair, you will also receive three (3) free admission passes to the Fair to come and see your entry in action! The entry fee for JUNIOR creative competitions at the Erie County Fair is $5 total.
How do I get my admission passes?
After check-in occurs, you will receive a promo code to your email. On the Fair’s website (ECFair.org), you can add up to 3 tickets to your cart and before you check out, you will type in your promo code. This will result in a $0 balance.
Agriculture/Livestock FAQs
Is stalling first come first serve?
No, stalling is pre-assigned. Once you arrive to the Fairgrounds and get checked in by the vets, contact your specie's superintendent and they will show you to your stalls.
When will I receive my premium check?
Some premium checks will be ready and handed out while you are still on the property. The remainder will be mailed within two weeks of the end of the Fair.
When do I get my admission passes?
You will receive your admission passes when you arrive to the Fairgrounds with your animals. They will be given to you by the specie superintendent. If you enter and do not bring your animals to the Fair, you will not receive your admission passes.
