Space is strictly limited to the first 20 teams on a first-come, first-served basis. Each team will be entered through their fire department. Limit one team per fire department.
- Team Roster: 5 competitors maximum.
- Roster Requirements: Maximum of 4 men and 1 woman. No substitutions are allowed once the competition begins.
- The "Rule of 4": If your department does not have a female competitor, your team must compete as a 4-person team.
- The Pull: Each team gets exactly one timed pull with the three fastest teams earning fire, second, and third place honors.
