Takes place August 19 at 4:30pm and August 21 at 1:00pm.
At Crown Hill Farm, the “Sheep to Sweater” demonstration is a fun, fast-paced journey that shows just how a fluffy sheep becomes your favorite cozy knit. Guests start by meeting the farm’s friendly flock, then watch a live shearing as a whole fleece comes off in one impressive piece. From there, the wool is cleaned, brushed into soft layers, and spun into yarn right before your eyes, with plenty of chances to touch and feel each stage. The demonstration wraps up by showing how that yarn is turned into a finished sweater, bringing the whole process full circle in a hands-on, engaging experience that’s as fascinating as it is comfy.
