Comfort dogs or emotional support dogs are NOT considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the State of New York Attorney General's guidance which The Fairgrounds adheres to, and will not be allowed on the Fairgrounds.
If You See Something- Say Something! Whether it is suspicious behavior, unsafe conditions or inappropriate actions of others, go with your gut and report it to the appropriate authorities.
